Apple wood smoked salmon, profiteroles, preserved lemon zest, wild blueberry relish, pomegranate pearls

 

3rd Course

 

Passion fruit spiced pork tenderloin with maple baked sweet potatoes, baby bok choy, feisty almond miso

 

4th Course
